About Us

River Valley Organisation for Rural Development (RIVORD) was established in 1988 in Srirangapatna, Karnataka by Late Founder Chairman M. Ramegowda with Founder Trustee Prema Ramegowda, the River Valley Organisation for Rural Development has spent decades uplifting rural communities and works towards the social and economic development of women, children and vulnerable groups. It is registered under the Indian Charitable Trust Act and FCRA.

Today, Managing Trustee and Chairperson Roopashree R. Kiran proudly carries this legacy forward.
